Child Health Information Service

The Child Health Bureau is the central administrative base for the child health services across West Sussex and is located in Chichester, West Sussex. Their service is for patients who live in West Sussex, have a GP in West Sussex or go to school in West Sussex. They hold a record of all children between the ages of 0-19, which includes immunisation, pre-school and school health reviews and assessments.
